Our clients and carers are important to our company. We at First Light Independent Care understand that a competent and happy carer equals a happy and satisfied client. Our top priority is to match the carer with the client which ensures the best possible care, and in turn a good relationship is developed between the pair.
We do our best to ensure that all security checks, training, and experience are cross referenced thoroughly. Our carers go through an interview process with our director prior to being placed to ensure a harmonious relationship for both parties.
